Smart cards

Cards appear when a message includes a supported label and a matching item you can view. Bare numbers are left as plain text because the same number could be a work order, invoice, PO, requisition, or task order.

What cards can do

  • Matched text becomes a link to the item view page.
  • The card shows status and useful details from that item.
  • Invoices and purchase requisitions can show approval buttons when they are assigned to you.
  • Context chat starts a focused side conversation under the main thread for that item.
  • In an Orion Assistant thread, every message goes to Orion automatically. In other chats, use @Orion.

Other shortcuts

  • Paste screenshots or files directly into the composer, or use the paperclip button.
  • Attachments can be up to 16 MB each.
  • Web links starting with https:// or www. become clickable.
  • Enter sends; Shift+Enter adds a new line.
